IMPORTANT NOTES:

Before filling out the application - note:

Booth Sharing is allowed.  In the event that you want to share a booth, one person should be the primary applicant.  The primary applicant is responsible for making payment and collecting any partial booth fees from their booth partner.  ZNE will not get involved in any discrepancies between booth partners.  These arrangements are entirely between the booth partners.  BOTH PARTNERS MUST BE MEMBERS OF ZNE. 

You must be a member of ZNE prior to submitting your application.

Payment is due at the time that your application is submitted.

You may pay in full or (through January, 2009) use our installment plan, whereby $200 is due now and the remainder is due on or before January 15, 2009.

You must read the liability clause at the bottom of this page, prior to applying.

Please note the following refund policy:

Booth space cancellations will be refunded as follows:

> 60 days prior to the event:  Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.

> 30 days prior to the event:  Full refund minus a $100 administrative fee.

Less than 30 days prior to the event:  No refund unless booth spaces are sold out and there is a waiting list.  In this case, your fee will be refunded minus a $100 administrative fee.

SUBMISSION OF THE APPLICATION FORM INDICATES AGREEMENT WITH THE FOLLOWING:

EXHIBITOR RELEASE & HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT This agreement is entered into by and between Chelise Stroud Hery DBA ZNE, and the Artist or Crafts person filling out, signing, and returning the application (Exhibitor). ZNE is in the business of providing space at the Art Paperie and Pleasantries event for the display and sale of arts or crafts and other commercial items. ZNE does not participate in the construction, assembly, or placement of the individual Exhibitor's exhibit. ZNE provides space only at the event. Exhibitor agrees to participate and/ or allow its name and image to be shown in all media. Exhibitor agrees to cooperate in any venture arranged by ZNE including but not limited to the following promotions; A.) Radio & Television promotion (Exhibitor may provide ZNE with complimentary product, brochures, flyers or business cards at its discretion for promotional purposes). The Exhibitor hereby indemnifies and holds ZNE, its subsidiaries, agents, employees and servants and the Client, its agents, employees, and servants harmless from any and all claims, including costs and attorney's fees resulting there from, arising out of said Exhibitor's participation in this event. For the purpose of this agreement, the term "participation" shall include, but not be limited to, the delivery of equipment, merchandise, structures and product to their designated location, the set up and display of any such structure and arts or crafts, and the dismantling and removal of all such items from the area provided by or through the ZNE or its agents, employees and servants or the Client or its agents, employees and servants. The Exhibitor hereby expressly assumes any risk of harm to the Exhibitor arising out of their participation and the participation of other artists in the ZNE Art, Paperie and Pleasantries vendor fair, including any risk resulting from the particular location of the space designated to them by the Producer. Insurance to cover these risks should be carried by the participants at no cost to ZNE. This agreement shall be effective immediately upon execution and shall continue in effect throughout the event period.
